Terry Trinka has studied extensively in the fields of vision and health. He graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry as a Doctor of Optometry. Terry then furthered his education by obtaining a degree as a Certified Nutritionist.

If you’re interested in getting started, a comprehensive blood draw is the first step! We use a co-op to offer discounted prices for blood draws to you. Looking at biomarkers in bloodwork is the only way to truly measure what is going on inside your body. Our comprehensive panel includes hormone markers and over 100 biomarkers for $200.

Once you are ready to move forward with our functional medicine approach and start feeling better we will email you links to fill out our in-depth intake forms.  You will also get a link to pay for your blood draw, once that is paid you will be emailed a requisition form (a fancy word for a paper you print out) to take into your local Labcorp.  To find a local LabCorp go to labcorp.com and enter your zip code.  Most locations take walk-ins or you can make an appointment.  They do the draw and we (and you) will have the results in 3-4 days.  From there we schedule your 1 hour consultation with Terry and then the magic happens.

It’s a process, but so is fixing yourself and at the end of the day it’s worth it.
